If you have at least 3 months of consistent training under your belt or completed Lose Weight in Eight then you're ready for "The Next Level." This 8-week program focuses on muscle-shaping, and -building plus fat loss. This program consists of a 4-day weight training split that includes upper body, lower body, cardio & core. You will receive cardio Interval routines that you can incorporate 3-6x a week. Both moderate, continuous exercise and high-intensity interval cardio training can reduce body fat and weight. However, interval training is more effective and efficient at promoting weight loss.
