You’re busy and it’s easy to put exercise off for a day. Days become weeks, weeks become months, etc. You know exercise is important but it's not always convenient to get to the gym. This is where working out at home benefits you the most – it’s convenient. This workout plan requires little to no equipment, can be done almost anywhere, and works your full body at once.
In this Bodiez at Home monthly subscription, every 4 weeks you will be assigned a new set of workouts with 5 workouts per week.
3 days a week I will assign strength building workouts needing none to minimal equipment such as dumbbells and/or resistance bands. These workouts will stay consistent for 4 weeks while applying the progressive overload principle to build strength.
2 days per week I will assign more cardio/conditioning style workouts. These are accessory workouts and include a variety of different formats including HIIT, Metcon, AMRAPS, and mobility training. You can mix these up each week to keep things fresh and fun in your schedule.
There is also an in-app chat feature where you have direct access to me with any questions or need any modifications to assigned exercises.
